Mojdeh Saleh is a longtime student of The School of Practical Philosophy. She has a B.S. degree in Graphic Design and has worked in the field of advertising and design for several years. In recent years her focus has been on fine art and she has studied figure drawing and portrait painting. She is passionate about art and would like to share the joy she feels with others.
Mojdeh says, “We begin our sessions by pausing and clearing our mind, we are reminded to allow the creative energy to flow through us by keeping our attention where the working surfaces meet.
To free us up, we practice leaving behind judgment of ourselves and others and giving up any expectations of producing a masterpiece! In each class we will be given useful techniques to help us express what we see.
Each person will draw differently and that is the beauty of art. No previous experience in either art or philosophy is required.”
