Finding the Path of Wisdom
‘Practical Philosophy explained’

An open conversation about our life-transforming methodology with
Mariam Safinia

We’ve gone from the age of information to the age of access. And some would say excess! Now with the click of a button we can access thousands of books, articles, videos, movies, and podcasts. But at the end of it all, are we any wiser? Wisdom is not to be found in books but entails the journey of a lifetime. And like any journey having a guide can be helpful.
Founding tutor of the School in California, Mariam Safinia has been a student of Practical Philosophy for the last thirty years and brings a lifetime of experience to the teachings. She will speak about what the School stands for, how it’s teaching can transform lives and what it means to be part of a community of thoughtful individuals seeking a meaningful life along with worldly success, fulfilling relationships, and the spiritual journey.

Sunday, January 5th, at 10:30a.m.
Pars Equality Center, 1635 The Alameda, San Jose

Admission is free, refreshments will be served and all are welcome
